    Anthony Jordan

    Contract Manager

    Anthony Jordan (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) has ten years extensive experience delivering technically demanding civil infrastructure projects, including major three waters upgrades, complex excavations and critical utility relocations.

    His strength lies in combining rigorous planning, construction methodology and subcontractor management with the practical realities of delivering challenging projects safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

    Jared Daly

    Contract Manager

    With more than 18 years' experience in civil construction, Jared Daly specialises in delivering complex water infrastructure, drainage and treatment plant projects.

    His extensive site leadership experience, combined with formal qualifications in infrastructure works and contract management, enables him to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong programme, quality and health and safety performance across live construction environments.

    Keith Robertson

    Managaing Director

    As Managing Director and founder of Tasman Civil, Keith Robertson has spent almost two decades building one of the Top of the South's most respected civil infrastructure construction companies.

    A BE(Hons) Civil Engineer and Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand (CMEngNZ), Keith combines engineering expertise with extensive commercial and construction leadership. His experience leading major infrastructure projects—including Christchurch's SCIRT rebuild and complex three waters programmes—continues to shape Tasman Civil's practical, construction-led approach to project delivery.

    Natasha Appleton

    Office Manager

    Natasha plays an important role in ensuring Tasman Civil's projects are delivered with the organisation, communication and attention to detail our clients expect.

    Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients, Natasha oversees our business management systems and helps maintain the strong relationships and collaborative approach that underpin every Tasman Civil project. Her focus on quality, responsiveness and practical problem-solving supports smooth project delivery from planning through to completion.

    Nick Sullivan

    Contract Manager

    Nick Sullivan combines engineering thinking with practical project delivery. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)and Project Management Level 4, he has built experience across local government, infrastructure construction and private industry.

    His background enables him to bridge engineering intent with construction reality, helping projects remain safe, commercially disciplined and focused on practical outcomes from planning through to delivery.

    Thomas Maw

    Director/General Manager

    Tom Maw brings more than 20 years of civil infrastructure construction experience, leading the successful delivery of complex three waters, water treatment, roading and structural projects throughout New Zealand.

    Holding a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) and a New Zealand Certificate in Project Management, Tom is recognised for combining strong construction leadership with collaborative project delivery, helping clients, consultants and contractors achieve outstanding outcomes in challenging environments.
